Santovato PGI Plagies (Slopes of) Kithairona 75cl

Santovato IGP Plagies (Slopes of) Kithérona is an authentic and elegant dry white wine, made exclusively from the indigenous Greek grape variety Savatiano, recognized for its ability to express the subtleties of its terroir. Grown on the sunny and windy slopes of Kitherona, in central Greece, this wine reflects the perfect balance between tradition and modernity.

Its colour is bright pale yellow with light golden highlights. It has aromas of white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear), ripe citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and delicate floral notes, enhanced by a light herbaceous touch and a hint of honey with a balanced acidity that highlights fresh fruit flavors and a pleasant minerality.

It goes perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, dishes based on Mediterranean vegetables, light salads or even fresh cheeses. It is also ideal to easily accompany an aperitif.
