Shipping time

Packages are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Delivery times are those related to the carrier you have chosen. We do our best to ship same day orders placed before 12:00 CET

Tracking your order

You can track your order from shipment to delivery. Whatever the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to the shipping of your order to track your order online. This link is also available on your customer area under "my account".

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated in real time based on the items in your cart, your delivery area and the chosen carrier, and are displayed before the payment step. The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. We recommend that you group all your items in a single order so you do not have to pay for shipping more than once.

The shipping costs are offered from 59 € TTC purchase for the carrier GLS. This offer is not combinable with other discounts and does not apply to products already on sale.

Delivery areas

Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and littoral islands)

- GLS: from 7.90 € incl. VAT for orders under 3 kg

-Colissimo : from 7.90 € incl. VAT for orders under 0,25 kg

- Relay point: from 9.90 € incl. VAT for orders under 3 kg

- TNT: from 14.90 € incl. VAT for orders under 9 kg

Corsica and littoral islands

- Colissimo: from 7,90 € incl. VAT for an order lower than 0,25 kg

Delivery in DOM / TOM and abroad

We unfortunately do not offer delivery for the moment for these destinations. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service to find out more.

Carriers

TNT

With the delivery service TNT, your order will be delivered the next day with personal delivery against signature. Have them delivered to your home, office or holiday location. The complete tracking of your order from shipment to delivery can be done online on the carrier's website thanks to the tracking number provided.

Your parcel is delivered the next day for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 CET (and excluding public holidays). Orders placed after Thursday 12:00 will be delivered the following Monday (excluding holidays).

GLS

With the GLS delivery service, orders are delivered within 24-72 hours with personal delivery against signature. Have them delivered to your home, office or holiday location. The complete tracking of your order from shipment to delivery can be done online on the carrier's website thanks to the tracking number provided.

Your parcel is dispatched the same day for orders placed Monday to sell before 12:00 CET (and excluding holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Relay point

With Point Relay delivery service, orders are delivered within 24-72 hours in the Relay Point of your choice. The complete tracking of your order from shipment to delivery can be done online on the carrier's website thanks to the tracking number provided.

Your parcel is dispatched the same day for orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 CET (and excluding holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Colissimo

With the Colissomo delivery service, orders are delivered within 48 hours with delivery against signature. Have them delivered to your home, office or holiday location. The complete tracking of your order from shipment to delivery can be done online on the carrier's website thanks to the tracking number provided.

Your parcel is dispatched the same day for orders placed Monday to sell before 12:00 CET (and excluding holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Delivery problem

If you encounter any problem with the delivery (package not received, damaged, other ...), contact us immediately via the contact form so that we can open an inquiry and send you your products as soon as possible.

Returns

You have 14 days after the date of your order (date of the invoice) to request a refund of it, by returning it by post at your expense to the address indicated below.

Return shipping fees are free for orders that have been paid via PayPal, subject to activation in your PayPal account of this option. See conditions here: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products where the expiry date has expired at the time of return will not be resumed.

Non conforming products

In case of return due to non-conformity of the product, a new product will be sent to you at our expense. It is imperative to attach the invoice to your order, it is available in your customer area "my order history" and in the confirmation email payment of your order.

Retraction
