You can prepare it in two ways:

Boil 1-2 teaspoons of mountain tea for each cup of water for 2-3 minutes, strain and drink.
In a cup of boiling water pour 2 teaspoons of mountain tea, cover and leave for about 10 minutes. Then, strain it and drink it.

You can add honey if you want.
