Honey orange blossom of Laconia

Golden yellow, lucid, particularly fluid and with powerful aromas of orange blossom, this Greek honey is harvested in the orangeries of the Laconian country, in the Peloponnese.  Particularly aromatic and rich in minerals and antioxidants, it has a unique taste that combines the sweet bitterness of citrus with a slight orange sweetness. Raw, untreated, unheated and rich in pollen and propolis, this honey retains all its natural flavors and develops a fabulously rich and thick texture.  It is not pasteurized or finely filtered, so slight traces of beeswax can be found in the pot, but producing a high level of antibacterial properties. Crystallises usually in one to three months, which does not alter its taste qualities. To decrystallize it simply place the jar in hot water until the honey becomes smooth again.
