Plomari Splash is a refreshing original ouzo cocktail!

Ingredients for the cocktail
- 50 ml ouzo Plomari Isidorou Arvaniti
- ½ piece of lemon cut into 2 parts
- 20 ml lavender syrop
- 10 basil leaves (broadleaf)
- crushed ice
Ingredients for homemade lavender syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dried lavender
- Highball glass
For the homemade lavender syrup :
First in a small pot, add the water and sugar and stir over low heat until the sugar has melted.
The mixture should be hot but not boiling.
Then add the lavender and leave it for a while to bring out its aromas.
Strain the mixture and let it cool.
If you do not want to make homemade lavender syrup, you can buy ready-made syrup.
Put the two pieces of lemon and the basil leaves in a shaker. Then press them with a pestle.
Then add the ouzo and lavender syrup to the shaker.
Then mix well and strain it 2 times.
Serve in a Highball glass with crushed ice.
