Dictamnus or dittany 40g
Dictamnus, dittany or otherwise "erontas" (love) is an endemic plant of Crete. It has been growing in the area since antiquity and took its name from Mount Dikti.
His references to mythology are numerous as he was one of the most important medicinal plants for Minoan Crete and ancient Greece. Hippocrates used it, among other things, for stomach ailments, against convulsions and as a herbal tonic. Dictamnus is used as an infusion.
In modern herbal medicine, its main use by therapists is to relieve stomach and abdominal pain. Dittany acts as an antioxidant and also has antimicrobial action. It can help with headaches, flu and colds.
