Philosophy Gin of Lesbos 700ml

Gin Philosophy follows a recipe that successfully combines 16 selected herbs, flowers, fruits and spices from Greece such as citrus fruits and kumquat from Corfu, but also from around the world.

Thus it offers a balanced result with citrus peels rounding out the flavour followed by cardamom and coriander. On the nose, juniper leaves a strong sensation with citrus fruits and pepper notes following. The aftertaste is slightly floral with earthy notes and a spicy finish.

It is a 'London Dry' gin that is an ideal base for classic cocktails.
