- 20 ml Otto’s Athens Vermouth
- 100 ml Grapefruit Soda
- ice
- 1 Grapefruit zest twist

Fill up the glass with ice and the grapefruit zest twist (optional)

Pour into the ingredients in the following order : Skinos Mastiha, Otto’s Athens Vermouth and tone up with the grapefruit soda.
