Kalamarakia tiganita or Fried Squids

Kalamarakia tiganita is a mezze well known in Greece that ideally accompanies ouzo near the sea! It’s a mezze to share with everyone !

Ingredients

  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 soup plate

Making

Wash and drain the squids.

Pour the flour into a soup plate and dredge the squids in it.

Throw them in the very hot fry and leave them until they are golden and crisp.

Drain, salt lightly and serve immediately with lemon.

Ideally serve them with a glass of ouzo !
