First of all, prepare the French crepes dough.
You can also make the recipe with buckwheat pancakes.
While the dough is rising, cut the goat cheese into slices.
Prepare the crepes and then melt a little butter / a drizzle of olive oil and gently heat a crepe.
Add 4 slices of goat cheese and when the cheese is lukewarm and slightly melted, fold the crepes.
Drizzle or add more of honey and season with pepper.
Finally, sprinkle with walnut kernels.
Repeat for the other crepes and serve immediately!
You can serve them with a green salad.
