This recipe for easy classic french crepes dough for either sweet or savory crepes will amaze you !
Ingredients for the dough
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 25 cl milk
- 25 cl water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small pinch of salt (optional)
Ingredients for garnishing
Utensils
- 1 whip
- 1 bowl
- 1 ladle
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 shallow crepe pan
Making
Mix the flour and the eggs.
Then add the milk and water little by little and mix well and constantly until you have a smooth dough.
Pour a little olive oil into your shallow crepe pan. Then add a ladle of dough. Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve the crepes and garnish with orange jam or kiwi marmalade or thyme honey or orange blossom honey or forest honey or thyme and wild herbs honey or organic fir honey .
You can prepare this recipe for the Chandeleur (the crepes’ day in France on the 2nd of February) or for breakfast or a brunch with friends! You can also add finely cut fruits (like strawberries, kiwis, bananas), whipped cream, or cinnamon with your honey pancakes (our favorite!)!
