  • 100 ml olive oil

In Greece this dish is prepared with pork neck, but you can use other pieces at your convenience.

Pour half of olive oil into a stove on high heat. Put onions, peppers, carrots and leave for 5 min. Then remove them and put them next to them.

In the same pan, pour the other olive oil and meat. Leave each side about 2-3 minutes. Pour the ouzo, and leave another 2-3 minutes.

Put the vegetables back in the pan and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
