Ingredients

  • 500 g kritharaki (orzo)
  • 1 kg pork in small pieces
  • 1 onion, finely chopped, finely chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 250 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 glass white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cinnamon stick

When you brown the meat, add the onion and stir for 2-3 minutes.
