Sheep graviera is a semi-hard cheese made from pasteurized sheep's and goat's milk using the traditional Epirotian method.
It is distinguished by its special slightly sweet taste.
You can use it in your aperitifs, in your salads, serve it with honey and rusks or breadsticks as an appetizer.
It goes exceptionally well with several varieties of wine. You can use it in your pasta or in cooking!
Store in a cool place between 2°C to 6°C.
