Halloumi is the traditional cheese of Cyprus!
It is a cheese that is made today from three different types of milk: goat, sheep and cow's milk.
The halloumi is ideal for your barbecues (on the pan or on the grill) and for your salads and sandwiches. It is eaten plain with bread or fruit or grated on pasta or in soups at trahanas during the winter.
