Kefalotyri is a hard traditional Greek cheese and is produced exclusively from pasteurized goat and sheep milk. It has a rich flavour and is salty.
It is ideal for saganaki (greek fried cheese), grated in pasta, plain for the aperitif accompanied by breadsticks and rusks and appetizers, while you can add it to your green salads!
Store in a cool place between 2°C to 4°C.
