The "Eleana" wine, a dry white Malagouzia IGP Phthiotide from winemaker Erivolos Fthia, is a pure and luminous expression of the Malagouzia grape, a jewel of Greek vineyards. Long forgotten, this aromatic variety is now recognized for its ability to produce elegant, balanced, and surprisingly modern wines.

This white wine, cultivated in the Phthiotide region, north of Mount Othrys, benefits from a temperate continental climate and well-drained soils, giving the wine a beautiful natural freshness and remarkable aromatic intensity. Visually, it is pale yellow with green highlights. The nose reveals great complexity: white flowers, citrus, white peach, lychee, and a refined vegetal touch. On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, followed by a full, fruity core and a lingering, slightly saline finish, a signature of its terroir.

This characterful Greek wine is best enjoyed at 10-12°C. It will enhance your fish dishes, seafood, meze, and herb-roasted poultry, but is equally enjoyable on its own as an aperitif.
