Ingredients for biftekia
Ingredients for baked potatoes
- 1 peeler
- 2 bowls
- 1 baking dish
- aluminium foil
- 1 grater
Preparation of potatoes
Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters or thick slices and place them in a bowl.
Add the mustard, oregano, salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and mix well so that the potatoes are well covered.
Pour the contents of the bowl into a dish that will go to the oven, and add the water. Cover with foil and bake for one hour at 200 ° C (thermostat 6)
Preparation of biftekia
Put the minced meat in a bowl. Grate the onions and tomatoes above the bowl to add the tomato juice.
Drain the bread, cut it into small pieces and put in the minced meat. Add the oregano, pepper, salt, vinegar and olive oil, and mix well.
If the mixture is too hard, add a little water. If it is too liquid, add some wet bread, grated rusks or oatmeal.
Make 10 to 12 biftekia by giving them a big flattened dumpling with your hands, and put them on the already cooked potatoes. Continue cooking for 30 minutes by removing the foil.
Cooking instructions for oven temperature refer to cooking with resistors. If you use a convection oven, lower the temperature by 20 degrees Celsius and reduce the cooking time by 10 minutes.
