This mustard was the delicious secret of a well-known taverna in old Thessaloniki near Kaftatzogleio and a favourite mustard at the International Fair (TIF) with the famous sausage and dark beer.

It goes perfectly with sausages, meatballs, fries, grilled meat, skewers, souvlakia, sandwiches and of course as a salad dressing!
