Ioanna Pavlaki (@fishpavlaki) was born in Athens and her family is from Lesvos, where she spent her summers as a youth. Passionate about travel, the sea and gastronomy, she loves to put her creativity to the benefit of the kitchen.

Eleni Psyhouli (@elenipsyhouli) was born in Volos, the greek city closely associated with tsipouro, so she is very knowledgeable about fine mezedes. A respected food writer, she has collaborated with most Greek culinary publications and has her own food writing website (www.pirouni.gr). For seven years she also had her own daily show, « Chef stone aera3, on. Skai TV and was a judge and presenter of MasterChef junior. In 2021 she returned to the small screen to take viewers on a different culinary journey across the Pelion region, with the series « Syntages Psyhis » on Skai TV. Her resume also includes two restaurants, two cookbooks and a strong passion for traditional Greek cuisine.
