This Greek white wine is made from 100% Savvatiano, one of the most cultivated grape varieties in Greece and particularly in the region of Attica and the island of Evia. Its color is very clear with green reflections and a shiny appearance, its nose is fruity with intense and surprising aromas (banana, pear). Its taste is balanced, with medium acidity and great freshness, full-bodied, slightly oily, with a long-lasting aftertaste of summer fruits.
It will accompany the aperitif, all cheeses, shellfish, sweet and sour dishes, white meat, fish and pasta with a cream-based sauce.
