Ingredients: wheat flour, multiseed flour 14% (corn semolina, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, linseed, wheat bran, dehydrated rye, sesame seeds, roasted malt flour), extra virgin olive oil 12%, traditional leaven, water, salt, leavening agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, calcium carbonate, wheat starch)
It may contain traces of sesame seeds and dried nuts (almonds, walnuts).
