Spicy striftaria in the oven

Ingredients

  • 200 g striftaria
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil premium PGI
  • 1 finely chopped clove garlic
  • 100 g white mushrooms
  • 2 slices of smoked bacon cut into pieces
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 300 g finely chopped tomatoes
  • 50 g parmesan
  • salt
  • pepper

First, chop the white mushrooms, tomatoes and onion. Melt the garlic.

In a pot of salted water boil the striftaria. Strain and add 1 tbsp. premium olive oil and blend in order not to stick. Put them aside until the sauce is done.

In a deep saucepan, put the remaining olive oil and sauté the onion along with the garlic.

Then, add in the saucepan the white mushrooms and the bacon. Sauté them for 2-3′.

To continue, add the tomatoes and the chili pepper and leave the sauce to boil and be a little bit thicken.

In an individual clay pot or in a small pyrex, place the pasta, add a little sauce, then again pasta, then sauce and spread the grated cheese.

Transfer the pots or pyrex to a preheated oven to 180 ° and leave for about 10′ until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven and serve with a simple salad of tomatoes and cucumber !
