    Gruyere is a yellow hard Greek cheese made exclusively from cow's milk. It is produced in the traditional way in the region of Epirus.

    This cheese stands out for its subtle sweet taste.

    You can enjoy it plain, or on a cheese platter, or in sandwiches or toast, but also of course in cooking such as in omelets, pizzas, eggplants stuffed with cheese, in salads, in quiches, in fondue, in gratins and in kleftiko. It can replace Gruyère cheese.
