Patsakis Distillery's raki is smooth and bursting with sweet flavors and aromas reminiscent of the grapes used in distillation. It is served as an aperitif but also as a digestive at the end of the meal. It accompanies mezes from greek cuisine such as octopus with vinegar, kalamarakia tiganita, greek olives, rusks with tomatoes and cucumbers, dakos salad or cheese for example.
Remember: you should never drink raki alone as it is synonymous with friendliness in Crete!
