This superb extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively from the famous "Koroneiki" variety of olives that grow in selected olive groves.

Olives are hand-picked and cold extracted just a few hours after harvest. It boasts unprecedented organoleptic characteristics, very low acidity, a dark green colour and the distinctive aroma of freshly-cut olives.

The olive oil of the Koroneiki variety is ideal for your salads such as horiatiki (greek salad), tomato salad, potato salad, horta, dakos, tzatziki and for your Mediterranean dishes !
