Its creation relies on a subtle blend of agree wine distillates aged for a minimum of 1 year in oak barrels, sweet Muscat wines from the island of Samos, and a secret maceration of Mediterranean herbs. This unique process gives it an intense amber colour, an expressive nose with aromas of fig, plum, honey, and vanilla, and a smooth palate with hints of dried fruit, cinnamon, caramel, and fine wood.
