Greek double roast (dark) coffee is for those seeking a coffee with character—rich, deep, and undeniably authentic. Thanks to a slow, double roast, this coffee develops intense aromas, slightly smoky notes, and a full-bodied mouthfeel, while maintaining the subtle balance that characterizes the finest Greek coffees.

Made from carefully selected beans, it is ground very finely and prepared using the traditional briki method, a small Greek coffee pot used over a low flame. The slow brewing process creates a dense crema (kaimaki) and a rich infusion, best enjoyed hot, slowly, in keeping with the Mediterranean coffee ritual. This "dark" version is for lovers of powerful coffees with assertive aromas, who enjoy lingering over their coffee break with intensity and depth.

Perfect with loukoum, koulouraki, or dark chocolate, this coffee naturally finds its place in a convivial moment or a moment of solitary contemplation.
