This cold-extracted PDO extra virgin olive oil from Sitia, eastern Creta, is a superior category olive oil, obtained directly from olives by mechanical processes.

It has a strongly bitter taste with a spicy aftertaste that burns the throat, with dominant aromas of green apple and tomato stalk.

It has extremely low acidity (max. 0.4%) and is ideal for salads and raw vegetables or to enjoy it with just a slice of bread!
