Tsantali Rapsani is produced from three indigenous varieties Xinomavro, Krassato and Stavroto, grown on the slopes of Mount Olympus. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels and then aged for at least 6 months in bottle.
A ruby red wine that combines aromas of red fruits like cherry and raspberry with olive paste, tomato and a whiff of spice and vanilla. Elegant, velvety yet vibrant on the palate with a lingering mellow finish.
It will go perfectly with your dishes of beef, roast lamb, stuffed turkey, veal, sausages and hard and soft cheeses.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. To consume with moderation.
