It’s a greek dish full of vitamins that mix chicken with vegetables ! An easy and simple recipe !
Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets in pieces
- 1.5 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot cubes
- 1 red pepper in cubes
- 1 green pepper in cubes
- 2 zucchinis cubes
- 1 big potato in cubes
- 1 celery in slices
- ½ cup lemon juice
- tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon flour
- ½ cup finely chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
- ½ cup hot water
Utensils
- 1 deep non-stick pan
Making
In a deep non-stick pan, heat 1 cup of olive oil and chicken until it has a nice color.
Add the onion, the remaining olive oil, the carrot, the peppers, the zucchinis, the potato and the celery. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, shaking the pan often.
Add lemon juice and after mustard, honey and ½ cup hot water.
When the vegetables are softened / soft, add the flour (dissolved in water) and let it boil even to make the sauce.
Take the saucepan out of the fire, add the parsley and serve.
