Roast pork with thyme and rosemary

A very simple recipe to make for a meal with friends!

First, preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).

At the same time, place the roast in a high-sided baking dish.

Then pour in the extra virgin olive oil, put the butter on the meat and add the thyme and rosemary.

Then, put the water and garlic on the side of the meat, add salt and pepper.

Place in the oven for approximately 45-50 minutes.

After 25 minutes, and regularly, remove the roast from the oven to moisten it with the cooking juices.

After 50 minutes, your roast should be cooked through, browned on top and very tender.
