Delicious and quick to make, this dip with greek yogurt and olive oil will complement your aperitifs perfectly with family or friends !
- 200 g greek yogurt
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 bowl
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, cream cheese, olive oil and salt carefully.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator to cool for about 30 minutes (if you do not want to serve it immediately). After you remove it from the refrigerator, you can pour a minimum of olive oil over the dip.
Serve this yogurt dip (ideal for aperitif) with cretan breadsticks, meatballs, zucchini balls or just a slice of bread !
