Tzatziki is one of the most famous Greek mezzes worldwide!
It's refreshing, ideal for your aperitifs, barbecues, kolokythokeftedes (zucchini balls), keftedakia (meatball), dolmadakia (stuffed vine leaves) or for your homemade souvlaki and skewers! You can serve it with breadsticks or paximadia (rusks) or raw vegetables!
With this greek seasoning, you will need only greek yogurt and cucumber to quickly prepare a tzatziki!
You will need 1 jar of 150g Greek yogurt, 1/4 cucumber, cut very finely, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin greek olive oil, 1 teaspoon of greek seasoning and an olive at the end!
Without artificial colour and preservatives
This product is packaged in a workshop packaging mustard, celery, nuts and products containing gluten.
Use on tzatziki preparation.
Dosage: 1 teaspoon for 150g of greek yoghurt
Store in a cool, dry place.
Ingredients: garlic, pepper, onion, dill, salt and parsley.
