LOF pure extra virgin olive oil owes its name to the blessed land of Crete, the "fertile land".

This oil is obtained directly from olives of the Koroneiki variety.

Its taste is moderately bitter and balanced sweet and its aroma has hints of tropical fruits and banana.

It is ideal to be served raw in salads such as horiatiki(Greek salad), dakos, green salads, horta, boiled vegetables but it can be used in your Mediterranean dishes!
