Organic Kritharaki, also known as Greek orzo, is artisanal pasta emblematic of Greek tables, carefully crafted by Trantou Zymarika, a small family business that has been perpetuating the art of pasta making for generations. Made from organic durum wheat semolina and pure water, this pasta are slowly shaped and dried at low temperatures to preserve their nutritional value and natural flavours.
Their elongated, rice-grain shape is characteristic of traditional Greek recipes such as youvetsi, stew made with meat (lamb, beef, or chicken) and tomatoes. Thanks to their soft texture and ability to absorb sauces, kritharaki is also ideal in summer salads, vegetarian gratins, comforting soups, or as an accompaniment to fish dishes.

In plenty of salted, boiling water, add pasta stirring occasionally. Boil it for 17-18 minutes, strain and serve.
