This sea salt, hand picked from the rocks of the Schinoussa Sea, located in the Cyclades, is quite simply one of the best in the world! Its harvest is done according to secular traditional practices, being dried in the sun without additives or preservatives.
You will appreciate its thick grains, rich in taste and marine aromas! Use it as a finishing salt at the end of cooking just before serving on meat, seafood, soups or sprinkle it on salads and cold dishes. For a gourmet surprise, add fleur de sel flakes to your chocolates and desserts!
Fleur de sel is also known as "caviar of the sea". It is the purest and the most qualitative of sea salts. It is rich in natural iodine and has many health benefits. Fleur De Sel is a limited production of 100% natural sea salt. Harvesting takes place at the end of summer when the salt water evaporates under the sunlight and young salt crystals have formed on the surface of natural ponds.
