    This extra virgin olive oil is a one-of-a-kind blend of varieties for the first time in a standard olive oil. It comes from a well-studied composition of the varieties of Amphissis and Koroneiki, in such a way as to bring out a new unique taste that combines the spicy tone of the Koroneiki and the mild nature of the Amphissis. An exceptionally low acidity (<0.4%) extra virgin olive oil, which offers slightly spicy notes on the palate and brings together all the benefits of an organic end product.
