Its story began in 1894 when Isidoros Arvanitis, inspired by the aromatic riches of his native island, developed a recipe that would become a benchmark throughout Greece.

The production of this ouzo relies on a slow distillation method in copper pot stills, allowing for the precise extraction of aromas from its natural ingredients. The aniseed from Lesbos, renowned for its finesse, blends harmoniously with fennel, Chios mastic, and a subtle mix of Mediterranean spices and aromatic herbs.

On tasting, Ouzo Plomari captivates with its remarkable balance.
