The olives are hand-picked in the hills of the Peloponnese and then cold-pressed using traditional methods, guaranteeing a pure, unfiltered oil naturally rich in omega-9 fatty acids, polyphenols, and vitamin E. Its mild and fruity flavour, without bitterness or spiciness, makes it ideal for a gentle introduction to the taste of olive oil during the weaning process (from 6 months, depending on medical advice).
