Briam is the stew of fresh vegetables from the sun with crushed tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil.
This dish is best enjoyed hot. To be reheated in the oven or in the microwave.
Method of preparation:
Take the tray out of its cardboard box. Remove the plastic film from the tray. Place the tray in the microwave (800W) for 2 minutes *. Let sit for 1 minute and serve. Enjoy !
