Keftedes are veal meatballs with mint and they are perfect as a mezze for a meal or served as an aperitif with a tzatziki!

This dish is eaten hot. Reheat in the oven or microwave.

Method of preparation:

Microwave:

Take the tray out of its cardboard box. Remove the plastic film from the tray. Place the tray in the microwave (800W) for 2 minutes*. Let stand for 1 minute and serve. Enjoy your lunch!

Oven :

Remove the cardboard label from the packaging. Remove the plastic film from the tray. Place the meatballs on parchment paper in a baking dish at 180°C for 10 minutes.* Wait one minute before serving. Enjoy your lunch !

*Ovens and microwaves have different powers. It may be necessary to adjust the cooking time and temperature.

May contain traces of egg, soy, sesame seeds, celery, mustard seeds and fish.
